From measurement to installation — no notebook lost in between.

A trades business lives and dies on an accurate measurement — one wrong number from the field means an expensive mistake in production. Radna evidencija keeps measurements and photos in one place, ties them to a specific site and client, and the installation crew signs the order on the spot. Nothing sits in a notebook between the measuring visit and the install.

Measurements stay in a notebook

A tradesman measures on site, the notebook stays in the van, production measures again — or guesses.

Who installed what and when

A complaint comes in a month later and nobody remembers which crew did that job.

Hours per job are unknown

What did making and installing one window actually cost — it's never precisely calculated.

Paper work orders

The client signs a paper the crew forgets in the car — and the company has no proof of work done.

What one working day looks like

  1. 8:00am

A tradesman arrives to measure and enters the dimensions straight from his phone, with a photo of the opening.

  2. 8:20am

The measurement is instantly visible in the office, tied to the site and client — production works from the exact number, not a copy of a copy.

  3. 1:00pm

The installation crew arrives on site; their task on the phone already has the address, note and the measurement from the first visit.

  4. 3:30pm

Installation done — the client signs the work order with a finger on the worker's phone, on the spot.

  5. 4:00pm

The boss in the office sees the job is finished and signed, with installation photos attached to the order.

Frequently asked questions

We measure by hand with a tape — how does that get entered?+

Exactly like now — the tradesman measures with a tape and types the numbers into the phone, on the spot, instead of into a notebook. The difference is that production sees the measurement instantly, with a photo of the opening, no re-copying and no waiting for the notebook to come back to the office.

Different people measure and install — how does that connect?+

Both attach to the same site. When the installation crew opens their task, they see the measurement and notes from the first visit, no need to call the tradesman who measured. Everything recorded earlier reaches whoever works on that job next.

We run small jobs, one or two a day per tradesman — is it worth it?+

Pricing follows the workers and modules you enable — for a small team that's a few euros a month. It pays for itself the first time a wrong measurement or a lost order costs more than that, and in practice that happens fast.

What if a client later claims the job wasn't done properly?+

The order with the signature, time and installation photos stays permanently attached to that job. When a complaint comes in, you look up exactly what was done and when — instead of relying on the crew's memory.
