RRadna evidencijaby Manage IT

The admin around the job — runs itself, from measurement to payroll.

A measurement from site, a task, a work order signed by the client, the daily report, materials used and the payroll figures — all of it comes out of the same entry. Hours are one link in that chain, not the whole story: the data is entered once and reaches the report, the payroll prep and the archive by itself.

Does this sound familiar?

Hours in chat apps

Workers text their hours, someone adds them up by hand at month end.

Excel payroll

Three sheets from three sites, in three formats — always with a gap.

Constant calling

The boss phones around to learn who is where, instead of seeing it.

Typing the same data twice

A measurement, an order and a report get rewritten a second and third time — each pass another chance to get it wrong.

One entry, used everywhere it is needed.

How it works — from measurement and work order to payroll

01

The job enters the system once

Site, task and the measurement from the field are entered on the phone, already tied to the right client and the right job — not in a notebook that goes missing.

02

The field works, the paperwork writes itself

The worker clocks in, does the task, the client signs the order with a finger on the phone. The daily report with photos is done the same day, with no evening retyping.

03

Payroll and archive fill themselves

Hours, overtime, labour cost and materials used add up through the month. The report for the accountant is one click, and the documentation stays with the site.

Solutions by business problem

You don't need to read 21 modules — pick the part of the process that weighs on you, we show what automates it.

How we start — the process first, the software second

We don't send a price list before seeing how the work actually runs at your place. First we look for the spots where the same data gets entered twice and where people wait on paper — only then do we know what is worth automating.

1

A conversation and an analysis

We walk your flow step by step — from enquiry to payment. Free, with no obligation.

2

A proposal

A concrete plan: which part of the admin disappears first, what follows, and how much time it frees up.

3

Rollout in phases

We start with one part of the process. Once the crew is used to it, we add the next — with no standstill.

Frequently asked questions

What is Radna evidencija and who needs it?+

A system for companies with field workers: workers clock in by phone, the boss sees who is where, and hours, tasks, resources and payroll prep live in one system. It helps construction, installation, services, manufacturing and maintenance most.

Do workers have to install an app from a store?+

No. It opens in the browser and is added to the home screen with one tap — no Google Play or App Store account. It works offline too: entries wait for a connection and send themselves.

What if a worker has no phone or won't use it?+

That's what kiosk mode is for: a tablet mounted on site or in the shop, workers clock in with a personal PIN. The tablet is bound to the site, so every punch carries the exact location.

What about GPS and worker privacy?+

Location is logged only at clock-in/out — there is no tracking during the day. A company can use a QR tag on site or a kiosk instead of GPS, confirming location without locating the phone.

How much does it cost?+

It depends on how much of the work we automate and how many people use the system — which is why there is no price list on the site. After a short conversation and a look at your workflow you get a concrete quote for your company, with no obligation.

Do we have to roll out everything at once?+

No — we start with the part of the work that weighs on you most. Once that settles, we add the next one to the same app, with no migration and no re-entry of data.

We work purely from an office, no sites or field work. Does this make sense for us?+

Yes. Field modules (sites, tasks, daily reports…) are optional — an office team can use just working hours, leave, worker documents and payroll prep, with zero field modules. The system is just as useful to accounting, admin and service businesses that simply want clean time and payroll records.

Does it work in multiple languages?+

Yes — the app interface exists in Serbian and German, and every user picks their own. Handy for companies working in Austria and Germany with Balkan crews.

What does onboarding look like?+

We set up the company, load workers and sites and train your admin — a one-time setup with training. Workers start clocking in the same morning; the whole switch realistically takes one day.

Let us look together at where your admin time goes.

A short conversation about how the work runs at your place today — then a concrete proposal for what can be automated. No obligation.
