How it works

From clock-in to payroll — no paper in between.

Data is entered once, at the source — and lands everywhere it's needed: the boss's screen, the payroll prep, the report. Below, every part of the system is explained on its own — you pick what you need, not all of it.

01

The job enters the system once

Site, task and the measurement from the field are entered on the phone, already tied to the right client and the right job — not in a notebook that goes missing.

02

The field works, the paperwork writes itself

The worker clocks in, does the task, the client signs the order with a finger on the phone. The daily report with photos is done the same day, with no evening retyping.

03

Payroll and archive fill themselves

Hours, overtime, labour cost and materials used add up through the month. The report for the accountant is one click, and the documentation stays with the site.

Through the system, piece by piece

Six areas, each solving its own problem. You take only what you need — the core comes with every company, the rest is optional, for the field and for the office alike.

01 / 6

Core — the base for everything

Every company gets this, whatever else they choose: workers clock in from their phone (in/out, with time and location), there are roles for admin, foreman, worker and kiosk tablet, and the app works offline too — entries from the field or the office wait for a signal and send themselves. The interface always exists in Serbian and German, and every user picks their own.

  • Working hours — Workers clock in and out from their phone; location is logged in the background.
  • Workers & roles — Admin, foreman, worker, kiosk tablet — every role gets its own access and screen.
  • Works offline — Installs to the phone like an app; entries made offline wait and send themselves.

02 / 6

Field & production — for sites and crews

For companies working across several locations: tasks and the planner schedule who's where, field measurements go straight from the phone, the daily report with photos takes five minutes to write, every site has its own card with a QR tag for GPS-free clock-in, and work orders get signed by the client's finger on the spot. This whole area is fully optional — an office team simply doesn't switch it on.

  • Tasks & planner — Who works where today; a weekly view per worker instead of calls and chat groups.
  • Measurements — Site measurements are entered on the phone right away, not in a notebook that gets lost.
  • Daily report — The foreman logs what was done, who was there, adds photos — print-ready.
  • Sites & QR tag — A card for every site; a QR at the entrance confirms location without GPS.
  • Work order — The client signs with a finger directly on the worker's phone, on the spot.

03 / 6

Resources — what the company owns and consumes

Materials and stock track goods received and usage, with an alarm when stock falls below minimum. Vehicles and tools get checked out to a worker and back with one tap, with a full history of who held what and when. Worker housing tracks who's in which room or apartment on site, from when to when — useful for companies sending crews away from base, including work in Austria and Germany.

  • Materials & stock — Goods received fill the stock, usage draws it down; alarm below minimum.
  • Vehicle checkout — A vehicle is assigned to a worker who checks it back in — who drove it, from when to when.
  • Tool & equipment checkout — Same principle for drills, grinders and other tools — admin knows who holds what.
  • Worker housing — Assign a room or apartment to a worker on site; a record of from-when to-when.

04 / 6

People — leave and documentation

A worker requests holiday or sick leave from their phone, the boss approves or declines, and only approved leave enters the settlement — split by type for the accountant. Worker documents (contracts, medical certificates, permits) are stored per worker with an expiry date, and the system warns 30 days before it runs out. This area is just as useful for the field as for a purely office-based team.

  • Leave — Workers request holidays or sick leave; approval by the boss; only then it counts.
  • Worker documents — Contracts, medicals, certificates — the system warns 30 days before expiry.

05 / 6

Payroll prep — hours and labour cost

Regular, overtime and weekend hours add up automatically through the month, based on each worker's individual working hours. Labour cost calculates an internal rate (separate for regular and overtime hours) per site and task, visible only to the owner. Reports export to Excel or PDF, for one worker or the whole company, for any period — ready for the accountant without manual adding up.

  • Hours settlement — Regular, overtime and weekend hours add up automatically, per worker.
  • Labour cost — Internal hourly rate per worker, separate for regular and overtime hours.
  • Reports & export — Excel and PDF export per worker or whole company, for any period.

Communication — so information arrives on time

Field reports arrive with a photo the moment a worker spots a problem. Push notifications announce a new task, a leave decision or low stock, straight to the phone. Kiosk mode solves sites where workers don't use their own phones — a tablet with PIN login. The client portal is a public link showing the investor progress and photos, with zero internal data.

  • Field reports — Workers report a fault or delay with a photo; the boss sees it now, not tomorrow.
  • Notifications — A phone notification about a new task or report, without opening the app.
  • Kiosk mode — A tablet mounted on site; workers clock in with a PIN, no personal phone needed.
  • Client portal — A public link for the client — progress and photos, no internal data.
