Who it's for · Construction & subcontractors

Three sites, thirty workers — and you know exactly who's where.

A construction company doesn't fail on the big things — it fails on small gaps: an hour never logged, materials that went missing, a report that never got written. Radna evidencija closes those gaps at the source: workers clock in on site (a QR tag or phone), the foreman writes the daily report with photos in five minutes, and hours and materials attach themselves to the site automatically. At month end you're not reconstructing anything — it's already recorded.

Who's on which site this morning?

The foreman calls, nobody picks up, and the client is already waiting on site.

Hours live in three notebooks

Every site has its own record, and payroll gets calculated from all three — from memory.

Materials leak away

Nobody knows who took four bags of adhesive or which job they went to.

The client wants a report

What was done last Wednesday? Time to dig through messages and photos on phones.

What one working day looks like

  1. 6:55am

Workers arrive on site and scan the QR tag at the entrance — the punch carries the exact time and site, no GPS needed.

  2. 7:10am

The foreman sees on his phone who arrived at which of the three sites and who's running late — no calls needed.

  3. 10:30am

A worker takes materials from stock and logs the usage against the site — stock draws down automatically, the boss sees where it went.

  4. 2:00pm

A formwork issue comes up — a worker sends a report with a photo, the boss is notified instantly.

  5. 4:30pm

The foreman fills the daily report: what was done, who was there (the list is pre-filled from clock-ins), work photos.

  6. 5:00pm

The investor checks progress and today's photos through their public link — with none of your internal data exposed.

Frequently asked questions

What if there's no signal on site?+

The app works offline: clock-ins, material usage and photos are saved on the phone and send themselves once a connection returns. Workers don't have to repeat anything or even think about it — it looks and feels the same with or without signal.

Our workers are older and not "phone people". Will this actually work?+

The worker side is deliberately reduced to one big button and today's task. If someone can send a text message, they can use this. And for sites where phones simply aren't an option, there's a kiosk tablet: a worker types their PIN and that's it — the tablet sits on site, bound to that location.

Can an investor see progress without seeing prices and hours?+

Yes — the client portal is a public link that shows only progress, daily reports and photos. Prices, hours, worker names or anything internal are never displayed. You switch the link off with one click once the job is done.

We work as a subcontractor on other companies' sites. Does this still help us?+

That's exactly where it pays off most: your hours on someone else's site are your only proof. Time-stamped, located clock-ins, daily reports and photos mean disputes over settlement with the main contractor get resolved by looking something up, not arguing.
