Who it's for · Cleaning & maintenance
Twenty locations, one overview — who was where, and what got done.
A cleaning or maintenance company doesn't work in one place — it works in twenty, and every one of those clients wants the same thing: proof someone actually showed up and did the job. Radna evidencija solves that with location clock-in (QR or GPS), tasks per site, and fault reports with photos when something's off. Whatever happens in the field is instantly visible in the office.
Build a package for your cleaning companyOther casesDid someone actually visit the site?
A client calls asking why the office looks uncleaned — and a paper visit log doesn't prove otherwise.
Scheduling across twenty addresses
Who's assigned where today changes daily and is hard to track without a system.
Faults and shortages go unreported
A worker notices a broken tap but never writes it down — and it gets forgotten.
Many sites, one report per client
At month end you have to assemble an overview per address — by hand, from scattered notes.
What one working day looks like
- 7:00am
A worker arrives at the first of five sites for the day and clocks in by scanning the QR tag on the building.
- 7:05am
Their screen instantly shows the task for that site — what needs doing, with any special notes from the client.
- 8:30am
They notice a broken soap dispenser — send a report with a photo, the boss sees it immediately and orders a replacement.
- 8:45am
They clock out of that site and head to the next — the system logs the exact time spent at each address.
- 4:00pm
The boss reviews the day: who was where, for how long, which reports came in with which photos.

Frequently asked questions
We work at around twenty sites — do we need a QR tag on every one?+
Where it's practical, a QR sticker at the entrance is the simplest option and doesn't need an internet connection at that moment. Where that's not practical, GPS confirmation is used at clock-in instead — you pick whichever combination fits your sites.
How does the client know a job was actually done?+
Every site clock-in stays logged with a timestamp, and a daily report per site can include photos. If you want, the client portal (a public link) shows the client progress without access to your internal data like prices and worker names.
Workers change sites from day to day — how is the schedule kept up to date?+
The boss updates the schedule in the planner, and workers always see the current day's schedule on their phone. A mid-day change reaches the worker as a notification — no one has to call or message anyone.
How fast does a fault a worker notices on site get reported?+
A report with a photo is sent from the phone in under a minute, and the boss gets notified instantly — the problem is seen the same day, not when the client calls to complain.
