Who it's for · Installation & service
Five crews, fifteen addresses a day — and not a single lost work order.
A service or installation business lives on pace: crews rotate across addresses, orders change mid-day, and everything needs to end up signed and invoiced. Radna evidencija keeps that pace: workers see their addresses on the phone each morning, the client signs the order with a finger on the spot, and vehicles and tools get checked out with one tap — so you always know who has the van and where the drill went.

The order stays in the van, the signature can't be found, invoicing waits — and the client claims they never asked for it.
Scheduling by phone
A change of time means five phone calls, and someone always ends up with the old schedule.
Who has the van? Where's the tool?
Vehicles and machines circulate between crews with no trace — until something goes missing.

Who worked how much on which callout gets reconstructed on Friday, from memory.
What one working day looks like
- 7:00am
Crews see today's addresses on their phones, with notes and attachments — no morning gathering at the office.
- 7:15am
The crew lead checks out a van and tools with one tap — the system knows who has what.
- 9:40am
First job done: the client signs the order with a finger on the worker's phone. The signature, time and name are permanently attached.
- 11:20am
An urgent call comes in: the dispatcher adds a new job, the crew gets a phone notification — no calling around.
- 3:45pm
A fault on the client's equipment — a worker sends a report with a photo, the boss sees it instantly and orders the part.
- 5:00pm
The crew checks the van and tools back in; hours per callout are already in the system, ready for invoicing.

Frequently asked questions
Does a signature on a phone hold up like a paper one?+
The signature is stored with the signer's name, exact time and tied to a specific order, and can't be edited afterwards. For everyday client relations that's an equal or better record than paper that gets lost — and you can still print the order any time. For specific contractual requirements, check with your own legal advisor.
A crew visits several addresses a day — how does that get tracked?+
Each address is a task with its own time, note and attachment. A worker finishes one, opens the next. The foreman sees the week per crew and day in the planner, and mid-day changes reach the worker as a push notification on their phone.
Can we see the cost of a single callout?+
Yes — with the labour cost module, every hour carries the worker's internal rate, so you see cost per task and per site. Add materials from stock and you get the real cost of a callout before you send the invoice.
What about vehicles — can we tell who was driving if something happens?+
Every vehicle has a from-to checkout history: who took it, when, who returned it. When a parking fine or damage shows up, you don't have to guess — you look up who had it at the time.
