Who it's for · Manufacturing & plants

A hundred workers, one entrance — attendance that tracks itself.

In a plant with dozens of workers on one location, the problem isn't GPS — it's speed: everyone has to clock in within a few minutes, with no queue and no confusion over shifts. Radna evidencija has a kiosk tablet at the entrance for that: a worker types their PIN, done. Leave gets approved in the system, and documents and medical certificates flag themselves before they expire.

A queue at the entrance

Everyone arrives within the same ten minutes, and a paper sign-in book becomes a bottleneck.

Shifts change verbally

Who's on mornings, who's on afternoons — arranged by phone and easily forgotten.

Medical certs and permits expire unnoticed

Nobody systematically tracks deadlines until an inspection asks for a document that expired a month ago.

Leave with no trace

Who's on sick leave, who's on holiday — checked by asking around the hallway.

What one working day looks like

  1. 5:50am

First-shift workers walk up to the kiosk tablet at the entrance and type their PIN — clocking in takes seconds per person.

  2. 6:00am

The shift lead instantly sees on their screen who arrived and who's missing — no roll call needed.

  3. 10:00am

A worker requests holiday for next week from their phone; the boss gets a notification to approve it.

  4. 1:50pm

The second shift clocks in on the same kiosk; the system recognises the shift automatically by time.

  5. 4:00pm

The system flags a worker's medical certificate expiring in 30 days — the boss has time to sort it calmly.

Frequently asked questions

How many tablets do we need for a hundred workers?+

Usually one or two at the main entrance are enough — PIN clock-in takes seconds, so even a larger crowd moves through fast. You can see everything that exists at /moduli, how it looks at real companies at /rezultati, and request a process analysis for your own company at /kontakt.

We work in shifts — does the system tell them apart?+

Yes, the system recognises the shift by clock-in time, and each shift lead sees only their own people on their screen. A worker on a rotating schedule still just clocks in with their PIN, no special setup needed each time.

Who can approve leave?+

Admin and foreman roles approve — you choose who has that right. A worker submits a request from their own account, and only approved leave enters the monthly hours settlement, split by type for the accountant.

What happens when a medical certificate or permit expires?+

The system alerts the boss 30 days before expiry, and again when it expires, straight to their phone. When an inspection comes, every document with a deadline is in the system, in one place — not scattered across folders.
