The system we rolled out to ourselves first
What we offer, we built into our own company first: enquiries, calls, tasks, quotes, approvals and commissions in one flow — together with email and call transcripts.
How it used to be
- Enquiries in the inbox, reminders in someone's head, quotes in folders
- What was agreed on a call was known only if someone wrote it down
- Commissions and approvals in a separate spreadsheet
- No overview stayed accurate for more than a day or two
Why we show this
- We do not recommend anything we have not rolled out ourselves
- We find the flaws in the flow on ourselves, before the client does
- We know how long a rollout really takes, because we went through one
- Every feature you see with us has already survived daily use
What is connected
- 1The enquiry and the client record
- 2A call with a note and the next step
- 3A task with a deadline and an owner
- 4The quote and its approval
- 5A commission calculated from the same job
- 6Email and the conversation archive next to the client
It is easy to sell a system for order in the business while running your own business out of folders and messages. So the first rollout was to ourselves — sales, calls, tasks, quotes, approvals and commissions live in the same application we build for clients.
The practical benefit is twofold. First, whatever slows down daily work is found on us, not on your team. Second, when we say how long a rollout takes and what changes first in people's habits, we are speaking from experience, not from a brochure.
That is also why we start with a conversation about the process rather than a price list. We know the gap between what a company thinks it does and what it actually does.
Other cases
Your process is different. That is fine.
None of these systems is a template. Show us how the work runs at your place and we will tell you what can realistically be connected.
